Porsche 918 Spyder
The Super Sportscar…
Unveiled at the 80th Geneva Motor Show in March 2010, with production starting on September 18, 2013, the Porsche 918 Spyder is the vehicle that gave us a peek into the future of Porsche’s drive technology.
The 918 Spyder is powered by a 4.6-liter flat-crank V8 making 605hp with two electric motors, outputting a total of 887hp and 944 lb-ft of torque, and a 7-speed PDK rocketing the 918 Spyder from 0-60 in 2.6 seconds! Furthermore, with the optional Weissach Package, which reduced weight and added an aerodynamic kit, the 918 Spyder is the first street-legal production car to break the 7-minute barrier at the legendary Nürburgring road course, setting a lap of record 6 mins and 57 seconds.
With only 918 units produced, the Porsche 918 Spyder is truly a limited-production hypercar. This specific example is not for sale but is extraordinary due to the Martini Racing livery, the gorgeous red interior, and the Weissach Package.
